a 35mm ring
 a wavy pendant
 a natural stone cabochon
 Miyuki 11/0 seed beads
 copper thread
 a 6mm ring
 some chain
 a 3mm ring

 some glue

To start, place a bit of glue under the cabochon then position it on the wavy pendant.

Wait for it to dry completely...

Meanwhile, cut a copper wire about 40cm long. Wrap it around the 35mm ring...

Then string the seed beads onto the thread for about 15/20cm. You can adjust the length during assembly if needed.

Wrap the bead thread going back over the starting thread to hide it.
Hold the beads tightly together while making the spirals so they position correctly.
Make as many turns as you want and add beads if needed.

To finish, wrap the end of the thread around the ring then space out a bit between the spirals. Cut the excess flush.

Cut a 75cm chain and attach the pendant and the ring onto a 6mm ring. 
Pass the chain through the 6mm ring then close it with a 3mm ring.
