Your loyalty program offers you to exchange your points for discounts :
- 20% discount for 4000 points,
- 15% discount for 2000 points,
- 10% discount for 600 points,
- 5% discount for 300 points
Loyalty program terms:
1€ purchase = 4 points
You can exchange your points for discounts on your purchases, the more you collect and the more you save.
Access your account by logging in and clicking on "my points" at the bottom right.

Who can register?
It's simple, when you create an account on our site www.perlescorner.com you are automatically registered.
How to earn points?
You will earn points with each purchase of items included in the program.
Please note that only purchases made on www.perlescorner.com and at the Perles Corner store (11 rue Oberkampf 75011 Paris) allow you to earn points.
To earn points, you must be previously registered in the loyalty program with a valid email address.
Purchases made prior to your registration in the loyalty program will not be taken into account.
If you have multiple accounts, you will not be able to transfer points from one account to another; you must use them on each distinct account.

How to see my total points?
Your total points are displayed on each page at the bottom right if you are logged in.
At the store, you can request your points balance at checkout.
How to exchange my points?
Log in to your account, and click on the number of points at the bottom right of each screen.
Click on Exchange points and you will see all the rewards we offer you. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for a reward. The points scale and the list of rewards may change without notice.
Points cannot be transferred to another account.
Points are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the case of a return, items from an order partially paid with a loyalty coupon will be refunded pro rata, and the points will not be reinstated.
How to use my points when ordering online?
Please exchange your points for discount coupons in advance; these must be used during your orders before payment.
Once the order is validated, we will no longer be able to apply discounts.
Coupons cannot be combined, only one coupon applies per order.
They cannot be applied after the order is validated. You can keep them for your next orders.
Once exchanged, a purchase voucher must be used and cannot be converted back into points. You can find an unused voucher at any time in your loyalty space; it will remain valid until its expiration date (6 months). See below to find them:

You must enter your code on the first page after validating the cart, in the 'gift card or promo code' box, then click on 'apply'.
Vouchers cannot be combined with each other, nor with other ongoing vouchers and offers. They cannot be split and must be fully used on the same order. The balance of partially used vouchers will be lost.
Loyalty vouchers do not apply to preparation and shipping fees, which remain your responsibility.
How to use my points during my checkout at the store?
Request your number of points at the time of your checkout. If a reward is available, we can then apply it under the same conditions as on the site.
Do my points expire?
Yes. After 18 months, your points will expire.
Do my vouchers expire?
Yes. After 6 months, your unused vouchers will expire.
What do the statuses 'approved', 'pending', and 'canceled' mean?
- Approved: These points can be exchanged for rewards immediately.
- Pending: Points are automatically approved 15 days after your purchases, this period is non-negotiable.
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from 'Pending' status to 'Canceled').
How to leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us to request to be removed from the program. Please note that you will lose the points you had accumulated.
What happens if I leave the program and decide to rejoin?
You just need to contact us and we will reinstate you in the program. However, your total points will reset to zero.
