To start, gently open the ring on the round leverback with flat-nose pliers, then insert the closed ring. Close the ring properly.

Be careful, open the ring gently, just enough to pass the ring through. 

Then connect the pendants with 4mm rings. Make sure to maintain perfect symmetry in the order of the pendants for the other earring.

String the beads onto the pins and form the loops. Attach them to the closed ring.
