This assembly gives you the example of the letter A made here, use this method to create your letters. To start, we will make the bar that connects the letter A. Cut a brass thread about 5cm long then make a loop (like for a bead pin) at one end. Then thread 5 mother-of-pearl beads. If your bead gets stuck a bit, turn it slightly to ease threading. Then cut the thread leaving about 1cm and make the loop at the other end. Your bar is thus created. We recommend making all the bars that come off the letter beforehand, so you can integrate them more easily during assembly. Next, cut a thread about 14cm long and make a loop at one end. Thread 5 beads then insert a loop of the bar. Then thread 11 beads before passing through the other loop of the bar. Finish with 5 beads. Before finishing, shape the letter, the top point, ensuring symmetry. To finish, cut the remaining thread leaving 1cm, then form the loop. Tip: Draw the letter you want to create before starting to see the paths of the thread. Which thread will serve as the main structure and the points from which the other threads depart. Mount the set pendant on a ring. Cut the chain to the desired length, then thread the letter and the set pendant before attaching the clasp. And there you go! Beautiful creation! |
