To start, cut 2 chains about 18cm each. Here the measurement is for a 43cm choker necklace (without extension chain). You can adjust the length as you wish.

Then cut a brass wire about 15cm long and thread the beads.

To facilitate assembly and bead selection, start with the central bead, then compose your arrangement symmetrically. This way you can easily adjust and change the order of your beads. Our bead strand is 6cm long.

Now, using the round-nose pliers, form a discreet-sized loop.

Thread a chain into the created loop.

Now form the wrapped loop. Hold the loop flat with flat pliers, then wrap the thread around the edge of the loop for 2 turns. Cut the excess thread flush and then flatten the cut thread.

Make the loop on the other side. Place the round-nose pliers 1mm from the last bead, then form a discreet loop.

Thread the 2nd chain into the loop.

Then, wrap the thread between the bottom of the loop and the last bead for 2 turns. Cut the excess flush and then flatten the thread.

The wrapped loop here allows you a very neat and discreet finish. The loop cannot open, which guarantees great durability for your necklace!

For a nice drape, slightly curve the bead strand, so the beads will follow the natural movement of the neck.

To finish, attach the clasp and the extension chain to the ends of the chains with oval rings. If needed, widen the chain links with a reamer, this makes threading the rings easier without forcing and without risking weakening them.
