This creation is very easy to make, and here we've chosen to string the beads on Linhasita threads because of the wide choice of colours that can be matched to the stones, its solidity and the ease with which it can be tied to the clasp.

Cut a Linhasita string about 60cm long, then burn the end of the string to prevent it from unravelling. This also makes it easier to string the beads. 

Assemble the clasp by making a double knot with the wire on the clasp ring. Trim off the excess wire and burn it to stop the clasp neatly.

String the beads, punctuating the assembly with gold round beads. Once in the centre, thread the pendant directly onto the wire. As the rings are positioned in the right direction, you can mount it directly on the wire without adding any hooks.

Use the rest of the beads to create a symmetrical pattern.

Here we've made a 40cm choker so that the pendant sits low on the neck. 

Finally, place the other part of the clasp (extension chain or carabiner clip), tying a knot at the edge of the beads.

To make assembly easier, thread a needle around the edge of the beads and tie the knot around the needle. Remove the needle at the last moment. Your knot is now perfectly placed!

Place the setting in the centre of the pendant.

Your jewellery is finished!
