To begin, cut a macramé thread about 30cm long (adapt the length to your wrist size, leaving some room for the sliding knots).

Tie a knot in the thread about 3cm from the centre. This will lock the beads in place.

Mount the pendants on 4mm rings.

Thread the beads, then the pendant and then the beads again.

To secure them to the thread, tie a knot at the edge of the last bead. To make it easier to position the knot, you can insert a needle into the thread at the desired point, then tie the knot around the needle. Tighten the knot then remove the needle.
