To start, cut a macramé thread about 30cm long. (Adjust the length to your wrist size, allowing extra for the sliding knots)

Tie a knot on the thread about 3cm from the center of the thread. This will lock the beads in place.

Attach the pendants to 4mm rings.

String the beads, then the pendant, and then the beads again.

To lock them on the thread, tie a knot at the edge of the last bead. To make positioning the knot easier, you can insert a needle into the thread at the desired spot, then tie the knot around the needle. Tighten the knot and then remove the needle.
