To start, make the weaving of the tip in triple Brick Stitch.

It's very simple, you will string 3 beads at the same time as if it were only one bead.

The tip assembly will naturally be done by simple decrease. Follow the grid to guide you.

Before starting, check that the ring on the chosen Earring support opens. 
Otherwise, you will need to connect the weaving directly to the ring by passing the thread at the moment of creating the tip.

Once the tip is made, go back down through the weaving to come out in the first row.

Make the simple fringes by following the grid opposite starting from the outside.

String the beads of the fringe then go back up through the beads skipping the last strung bead.

This will lock the fringe. Then go back up to the first row of the weaving to move on to the next fringe.

Be careful not to tighten the thread too much, the fringe must remain flexible.

If you run out of thread, lock the current thread then start a new thread to continue the work.

Then go back up through the weaving to lock the thread and cut flush with the beads.

To finish, open the loop located at the bottom of the earring and connect the weaving.

And there you go! Beautiful creation!
