For the mother-of-pearl cluster loops, string the beads on ball headpins. Form regular and fairly discreet loops. Here we used 20 small mother-of-pearl beads. Then cut a piece of chain keeping 7 faceted oval links.
String the beads on the chain by attaching them to the links. For a beautiful cluster effect, we placed 2 beads on each oval link and one bead on the link (the smallest one connecting 2 oval links). This way you get a nice, full cluster. To finish, connect the chain to the earring base. For the baroque version, string the beads on a headpin. Cut a chain keeping 3 oval links then connect the different elements together. And there you go! Beautiful creation! |
