Dive into a world of softness and serenity with our new pair of earrings, inspired by the colour of the year: Mocha Mousse. Composed of delicate Bohemian beads in this bewitching hue, this jewel is enhanced by 24K gold-plated beads. Feldspar moonstone cabochons and beads add a natural, soothing touch. A return to nature, bringing calm, softness and elegance... It's very easy to make, as we explain below!

To begin, mount the faceted Feldspar Moonstone beads on ball-head nails. Create pretty, discreet curls around the edges of the beads. Now start threading the beads onto the brass wire. Cut a brass wire about 25cm long. We're going to thread it symmetrically. Thread the previous assembly, bead on nail, onto the brass wire. On each side, place metal spinner beads, 6mm bohemian beads and gold washers. Place 6mm beads again, followed by faceted metal beads. Then string 4mm bohemian beads, metal ribbed beads, 4mm beads and again gold metal ribbed beads. Finish with 3 3mm bohemian beads on each side. Look at the photo below to see how the beads are assembled. ![]() Join the brass threads together into a round bead and a faceted bead in gold-plated metal. Squeeze the wire tightly, and you'll obtain a beads assembly that forms naturally into a drop. If necessary, reshape the drop so that it is harmonious, round and not too elongated. Use one of the 2 brass threads to form a loop. To do this, bend the wire at right angles to the edge of the metal bead, trim the excess to leave about 1cm and form a simple loop using the round-ended pliers. Thread the earring holder into the loop you have created. Next, hold the pearl earring assembly securely in one hand and wind the second brass wire one turn between the gold pearl and the earring. Trim the excess wire flush with the back of the earring. Flatten the cut of the brass wire with flat-nose pliers. Finally, stick the cabochon into the base, taking care not to apply too much glue. Repeat the steps for the other earring... Your jewellery is finished! Beautiful creation! |
