To start, mount the beads on the posts. For the mini version, thread only a small bead then form a small simple loop.

For the longer version, first thread a small bead then a larger one. Form a fairly discreet loop.

Then assemble the different elements. Open the loops of the beads, always spirally so as not to deform the ring, then attach them to the supports.

For the longer version, connect the connector with a 4mm ring.

Tip: for a bold style, dare to go asymmetrical with a longer earring on one side. You can also create 2 pairs (2 mini earrings and 2 longer ones) and wear them as you wish! In a simple or mismatched version.
