To start, position the stones where you want them. Make sure to place them on fairly wide areas to have good support under the stones. Once the spots are selected, place a small dab of glue then gently apply the cabochon. Do the same for the other stones then wait for complete drying. Next, cut a piece of chain about 50cm long. Ideal size for this type of pendant, it will fall just above the chest. Of course, adjust this measurement to your body shape. Place a 3mm ring on the top of the pendant (ring size for a fine chain, otherwise take a wider ring) then thread the chain through the ring. At the ends of the chain, on one side, place a lobster clasp with a 3mm ring. On the other side, place a piece of extension chain with a 3mm ring. If the chain is very fine, you can widen the links with a reamer. And there you go! Beautiful creation! |
