To start, thread the mother-of-pearl beads onto ball head pins. Form a discreet loop, if needed trim the pin before forming the loop with round-nose pliers.

Then open a 4mm ring and insert the mother-of-pearl bead, the circle pendant, and the shell earring. Close the ring with 2 flat pliers. Be careful to place the pendant entirely inside the ring, leaving the pendant's hole free.

Open a new ring and insert it into the hole of the circle pendant, place the small hammered round pendant on it. Finally, close the ring properly.
