To start, cut a brass wire about 15cm long. At one end of the wire, form a wrapped loop. String your beads playing with shades, sizes, and shapes. Make a strand of the length of your choice, remembering there will be one extra bead at the bottom and the support at the top. Make the second strand either in perfect symmetry or in deliberately mismatched loops. At the top of the assembly, make a wrapped loop making sure to include the earring loop support before closing the loop. Thread 2 beads onto flat head pins then connect them at the bottom of the strands. To finish, glue the cabochons into the settings. Beautiful creation! |
