4mm cushion beads
 A natural stone donut bead
 An oval pendant
 Eye pins
 A 14mm twisted ring
 Small nugget chain
 Fine round link chain
 3mm oval rings
 A clasp and an extension chain

To start, mount the cushion beads on eye pins. Form a loop similar to the one already present on the pin. A small loop will be more discreet on the final assembly.

Cut a nugget chain about 20cm. 

Cut 2 pieces of fine chains about 17cm and one piece of extension chain 3cm.

Open the 14mm twisted ring with 2 flat pliers then insert the donut bead and the pendant. Then properly close the ring again with the flat pliers.

Thread the nugget chain through the oval pendant ring.

Connect the nugget chain with the fine chains using the cushion bead pins as connectors. Open the loops then insert the chains.

At the ends of the fine chains, connect on one side the clasp with an oval ring and on the other the extension chain with an oval ring.
