Take your silk thread and thread a crimp bead. Pass through the clasp ring then again through the crimp bead. Flatten it with flat pliers after bringing it to the edge of the clasp. To secure the closure, you can make a double knot at the edge of the bead. Thread a metal bead at the edge of the crimp bead. 

Start threading the Heishi beads by alternating colors. At desired spots, you can place a round bead or golden rondelle beads.

To add contrast, play with the colors and shapes of the beads!

Once you reach the center of the necklace, about 20cm, place the bail mounted on the pendant then continue symmetrically to finish the other part of the necklace.

Next, thread a crimp bead and an extension chain of about 3cm. Pass back through the crimp bead.

Make sure to keep some flexibility in the necklace before flattening the bead. Tie a double knot at the edge of the bead then cut the thread.

To bring your creation to life, I recommend using at least 2 colors of Heishi beads and playing with the shapes of metal beads.
