Aélia necklace

A poetic creation where beads, pendants and stones combine with subtlety.

You will need :
one cabochon 13 x 18mm a pendant holder for a 13 x 18mm cabochon a star pendant mounted beads un pendentif serti 3mm rings of the chain of the extension chain a clasp

Tools to be used :

Step 1:

This necklace is very easy to make...

To begin, stick the cabochon in its holder and wait for it to dry completely before handling it.

Then cut the chain to the length of your choice, here we have made a 50cm necklace to fit over the chest.

Then, in the centre of the chain, connect the cabochon pendant with a 3mm ring. This will fix the pendant between 2 balls on the chain and prevent it from sliding.

Thread the 3 beads onto a 3mm ring and close it. Open a new ring to connect the mounted beads to the chain.

Mount the set pendant and star with 3mm rings.

At the ends, place the clasp with a 3mm ring on one side and 3cm of extension chain with a 3mm ring on the other. If necessary, use a reamer to widen the chain links to make it easier for the rings to pass through.
