You can wear this stone in many ways to retain its benefits throughout the day.
Garnet is a very elegant stone, the golden will enhance its warm and intense side. You can pair it with stones in pink shades to soften it (Rose Quartz, Rhodochrosite, Pink Opal...) or with reddish-orange shades (carnelian, Jasper...) to give it a sanguine, flamboyant aspect.
With blue-violet shades (Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst) we will enhance the depth and mystical side.
Application in Lithotherapy
On a physical level, the garnet is very good for heart disorders and to compensate for venous insufficiencies (cold feet or hands, heavy legs). It provides courage and strength to face the illnesses that we have given up on.
On an emotional level, it is recommended for calm and composed people, to give them energy, courage, and perseverance. However, the garnet is strongly discouraged for angry, jealous, and hypertensive individuals.
The garnet is linked to the Solar Plexus Chakra and the Root Chakra.
It is a stone of commitment that helps us refocus on a project by pushing away ideas that could distract us.
It will be recommended for manual professions, repetitive or constraining work. It will be ideal for people who need courage.

Purification
To purify your natural Garnet stones and thus eliminate all accumulated energy, there are several methods.
The simplest method for your mounted jewelry is to place your creations on a pile of Quartz. Fill a container with fragments of Quartz on which you will place your jewelry. This way they will recharge with positive energies.
You can also place them in the blazing sun. The garnet needs a lot of light and heat to recharge, so don't hesitate to expose them in the summer when the sun's rays are the most intense.
Then with distilled water, however this method is not recommended for mounted jewelry, as it could alter the plating.
Perform purification as often as possible to make the most of the benefits of your stones!
