To start, cut a piece of chain about 50cm long. Adjust the length as you wish. Here this necklace can be worn from 45cm or longer up to the sautoir size 75cm. Glue the 8mm cabochon into the pendant making sure not to use too much glue. Fold the chain in half to see the position of the 4 central confetti. Carefully glue the 4 cabochons onto the confetti. Lay the chain flat, grab the cabochon with pliers, dip it (the back of the cabochon) into the glue making sure not to use too much, then place the cabochon on its confetti. Press gently to position it well. Do the same with the other 3 then wait at least a good hour before handling the chain. Next, open the 4mm ring, thread the pendant, then place the ring on the chain between the 2 confetti in the center of the chain. Close the ring. To finish, widen the links at the ends of the chain then place the clasp and an extension piece with 3mm rings. And there you go! Beautiful creation! |
