To begin, cut the oval chain to 40cm. Adjust the length to suit you and your body shape. Here we've made a choker necklace that falls over the top of the collarbones. Cut a piece of rosary chain, keeping 17 beads. For a beautiful effect, always keep an odd number of beads. Then fold the oval chain in 2 to locate the centre. Then place the rosary chain on the edge of the oval chain, centring it. This will allow you to determine the location of the rosary chain connector. Move the link location down one link, so that the rosary chain falls below the oval chain. You can now connect the rosary chain to the oval chain using 3mm rings. Then place the pendant in the centre of the oval chain with a 4mm ring. To finish, place the clasp and fastener at the ends of the oval chain with 4mm rings. |
