Silk thread for beads

To start, measure the size of your neck leaving a little room. This necklace should fall at the collarbones. Here we made a 38cm choker. (Total size, clasp plus beads without extension)

The extension chain will allow you to more easily adjust the necklace. Be careful not to forget that the clasp must be included in your measurement.

Cut an extension chain about 3cm long. This will allow you to more easily adjust the necklace to your outfits depending on necklines. Here we took the diamond chain which will work with the large clasp. If you want a smaller clasp, choose the classic extension chain with a small lobster clasp. 

Start the assembly on the silk thread. Here the thread already has an integrated needle which will make assembly easier!

First thread a bead to crush then the clasp before passing back through the bead to crush. Bring it towards the end of the thread and the edge of the clasp before flattening it. 

Now thread the beads...

Then thread a bead to crush, the extension chain, then pass back through the bead to crush.

Now pull on the thread, naturally the bead to crush and the extension chain will move closer to the beads.

Be careful to place the necklace in its final shape and keep some flexibility. Then crush the bead. 

Cut the excess thread.

And there you go! Beautiful creation!
