To start, you will need an 8mm mother-of-pearl bead, a flat head nail, and a Lotus flower cup. The bead will fit into the heart of the petals and allow the cup to hold onto the nail.

First, thread the bead onto the nail, then place the cup. Gently hold the cup without forcing it to avoid breaking it! 

Then form a loop wide enough to fit into the pendant. 

Now open the spiral loop with flat pliers and position it inside the circular pendant. This step is a bit delicate; hold the loop with the pliers, which will help guide the nail through the hole of the pendant more easily.

Still using the flat pliers, close the loop in the opposite direction to secure the assembly. Make sure the loop is well closed and properly aligned.

Now start assembling the beads located at the edge of the pendant.

Cut a brass wire of about 20cm and thread 2 Miyuki 11/0 beads, one 2mm mother-of-pearl bead, and again 2 Miyuki beads.

Place the beads at the center of the wire, then position the centered beads at the lower outer edge of the pendant.

Twist the wire around the pendant for 2 turns on each side of the beads. For a small wave effect, do not glue the beads to the pendant; leave a small space to create a curve of beads.

Continue like this on each side of the central beads. Tighten the wire well around the pendant.

7 small waves of beads, then wrap the wire around 3 tight turns. Cut the excess flush with the last turn and on the back of the pendant.
Slightly flatten the cut wire with flat pliers, being careful not to damage the wire!

To finish, open a 5mm ring with 2 flat pliers and then insert the pendant and the earring hook while ensuring they are positioned in the right direction.

Close the ring while checking that it has returned to its axis and that there is no gap.
