 Miyuki Delica 11/0 beads
 Brass wire
 A lobster clasp
 Crystal Quartz beads
 4mm rings
 Teardrop metal beads

To start, determine the length of your necklace, then cut the chain in 3 places.

Don't seek perfect symmetry; a slight offset between the beads will give more rhythm to your creation.

Then cut a piece of brass wire about 20cm long. Form a loop at one end of the wire while keeping about 1.5cm of wire.

String the link of the chain into the loop and then wrap the small wire (1.5cm) at the bottom of the loop for 2 turns. Cut the excess flush.

String a Miyuki bead, a teardrop bead, the Quartz bead, and symmetrically, the teardrop and the Miyuki bead. 

Then form a loop 1mm from the last bead strung and then form a loop. String the other chain and then wrap the wire at the edge of the loop for 2 turns. This provides a very strong hold!

Then to decorate the Quartz bead, take a piece of brass wire, wrap one end of the wire around 1 turn between the teardrop bead and the Quartz bead. Cross the wire over the bead and then pass behind the other teardrop. Cross the wire over the bead again and then pass behind the teardrop. Go straight down towards the other teardrop, pass behind and then go straight up towards the teardrop. Wrap the wire once and then cut it flush.

You need to get an X on the bead and 2 straight wires on the edges of the X. 

Repeat these steps with the 2 other Quartz beads to close the necklace.

And there you go! Beautiful creation!
