An adjustable bracelet to create according to your wishes. Natural stone beads mounted on colorful macramé thread, closed with a handmade sliding knot. Simple to make, easy to wear, and endlessly customizable by playing with colors and stones.
Tools needed: scissors, lighter, pin. All products are available on perlescorner.com and in store in Paris.
Thread your beads onto a thread about 30 cm long, then tie a knot on each side to hold them in place. Small tip: use a pin to position the knot exactly where it should be. Then shape the bracelet by crossing the threads.
Cut a new thread about 15 to 20 cm long. Fold it in half and pass the loop under the bracelet threads. Bring the lower thread over the upper thread, then pass the upper thread over the bracelet threads to go through the loop. Pull to tighten. Next, pass the right thread under the bracelet threads, cross it over the left thread, then pass the left thread over to go through the loop. Alternate once on the left, once on the right. Make as many knots as you want.
Cut the threads, leaving about 1 mm, then burn the ends with a lighter to secure the knots and prevent them from coming undone. Adjust the length of the bracelet threads to fit your wrist and tie a knot at each end.

Perles Corner tip
For a cleaner result, tighten each knot well as you go. You can also vary the colors of the Linhasita thread to create unique combinations — one thread for the bracelet and another color for the sliding knot for a two-tone effect.
