To start with, cut a wire about 1.5 metres long. I prefer to take a little longer for this type of assembly, because a connection in the middle can be complex and quite annoying! 

Thread the thread through the eye of the needle.

Now we're going to start weaving with the largest row of the first purple triangle.

Assemble a first row of 11 beads, keeping half the thread to work on the bottom of the weave afterwards.

Continue the 2nd row with an invisible taper. Your 2nd row is now made up of 10 beads.

Make the 3rd row of 9 beads, still decreasing, and replace one bead in the centre of the row with the weaving pendant.

Continue using this method to make a triangle. Stop at 2 beads for the tip of the triangle.

Now start again at the bottom of the triangle with the thread you set aside at the beginning.

Create a row with an invisible decrease, then a row with an increase, a decrease and a new increase..

Change the colour of your beads.

Make one row smaller and one row larger.

Then continue the triangle by decreasing invisibly and stop with 2 beads for the tip.

Now join the 2 points together by weaving the beads around the edge and remember to place the earring holder as the thread passes through. This way, the backing will be woven directly around the edge of the beads. Make 2 passes through the beads and the backing.

Then lower the thread into a few beads to block the weave.

Finally, stick the cabochon into its holder.

Do the same for the other earring.

Your jewellery is finished!
