With this new creation, discover how to easily make a beaded chain, also called a rosary chain, by mixing different beads in natural stones.

In this video tutorial you will learn the classic technique of assembling a rosary chain and adapt it with the beads of your choice.

For this project you need:
0.4mm brass thread 24K fine gold plated about 1.5m beads in gemstone sizes, shapes, and varied colors a clasp 24K fine gold plated

Tools to use:
a flat-nose plier a round-nose plier a wire cutter

Assembly:

This creation is not very complicated to make, carefully follow the explanations below and the visuals to faithfully reproduce this model. Our video below shows you the basic technique used.

The advantages: this assembly is very strong, no jump rings connect the different elements. The wrapped loops cannot open by themselves. The resulting chain is fluid.

To start, attach the clasp to one end of the brass thread and form a wrapped loop..

Now, start assembling the beads using the rosary chain technique.

Continue assembling until the desired length. Here we made a choker necklace about 40cm long to fall just above the collarbones. I recommend measuring the length of the chain made at each step. This will allow you to position the beads well according to their shape and shade but also to perfectly adjust the length to your neck size.
