Visit sunstone is part of the feldspar (plagioclase variety) famous for its adventurescence a glittery shimmer produced by fine flat inclusions (from native copper or hematite), which lights up at the slightest movement. Its shades range from yellow-gold to theorange, pink/redand more rarely Greenwith occasional effects of pleochroism.

Please note: not to be confused with "goldstone" (spangled glass, common imitation).
