Garnet is a very elegant stone, and gold enhances its warm, intense character. You can combine it with stones in pink hues to soften it (rose quartz, rhodochrosite, pink opal...) or with orange-red hues (carnelian, jasper...) to give it a sanguine, flamboyant aspect.
Violet-blue hues (Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst) accentuate depth and mystique.
Application in Lithotherapy
On a physical level, garnet is very good for heart disorders and to compensate for vinous insufficiencies (cold feet or hands, heavy legs). It gives courage and strength to face up to illnesses with which we've given up.
Emotionally, it is recommended for calm, composed people, to give them energy, courage and perseverance. On the other hand, garnet is not recommended for people with a temper, jealousy or high blood pressure.
Garnet is linked to the solar plexus and root chakras.
It's a stone of commitment that helps us refocus on a project, discarding ideas that might lead us astray.
It is recommended for manual, repetitive or demanding work. Ideal for people in need of courage.

Purification
There are several ways to purify your natural garnet stones and eliminate accumulated energy.
The easiest way to mount your jewelry is on a Quartz cluster. Fill a container with Quartz fragments on which to place your jewelry. They'll then be recharged with positive energies.
You can also place them in the hot sun. Garnets need a lot of light and heat to recharge, so don't hesitate to expose them in summer when the sun's rays are most intense.
Then with distilled water. However, this method is not recommended with mounted jewelry, as it could alter the plating.
Purify as often as possible to get the most out of your stones!
