And if you want to add a little touch of well-being, you can add a natural stone donut bead! Now the knot. Tie a simple knot to tighten the bracelet and tighten the tube beads. Your bracelet will take shape and the tubes will align. Tie another knot but this time go through the loop twice before tightening the knot to create a double knot. Tie another knot. For added security you can place a small dab of glue on the knot. Cut the excess thread 2mm from the knot.
