For this project you need:
stud earrings for 6x8mm cabochons gilded with 24K fine gold butterfly clasps Gilded with 24K fine gold 8mm cabochon mounts gilded with 24K fine gold stiff brass wire Gilded with 24K fine gold 3mm and 5mm open rings Gilded with 24K fine gold 2 6x8mm cabochons and 2 8mm cabochons 2 faceted round pendants 6mm

The assembly:

To begin, cut a piece of brass wire about 13cm long. Place the round-nose pliers in the center of the wire and work the wire to form a loop with the two sections of wire crossing downwards.

Reshape the wire to create a pretty cherry stem shape.

Make the second wire for the other earring at the same time. This will make it easier to make two identical assemblies.

Now adjust the length of the longer rod to form a loop 4.5cm from the top loop. On the other (shorter) rod, form a loop 3.5cm from the top loop. Create discreet loops positioned inward.

Then connect the 8mm cabochon pendants to the shorter rods with 3mm jump rings.

On longer stems, connect the faceted pendants with 5mm jump rings. Be careful not to force the stone; gently open the ring, insert the stone and the loop, then close the ring.
