| The assembly: | ||||
| To begin, cut a piece of brass wire about 60cm long. Be careful to allow enough length because you won't be able to make any connections during assembly! Then, visualize the center of the wire and position it under the cabochon support of the bracelet. Wrap the wire 3 tight turns on one side of the cabochon setting. Thread the first bead (Garnet) then wrap the wire around the bangle to secure the bead to the top of the bangle. Now make 3 turns of wire around the pearl then 3 turns around the bangle. Tighten the wire tightly with each turn so that it sits securely and stays in place. The assembly should not be loose. Continue in the same way with Carnelian and Citrine... Finally, after positioning the Citrine, wrap the wire nine times around the bangle. Trim the excess wire flush on the underside of the bangle. Using flat-nose pliers, lightly flatten the wire for a beautiful finish.
Repeat the assembly on the other side of the bracelet with the Peridot, Aventurine and Lapis Lazuli. Finally, glue the Amethyst cabochon onto the bracelet base. And there you have it! Your creation is complete! To better visualize the assembly, watch the video tutorial below. | ||||
