| To begin, choose your pearls, play with the different shades, the effects (smooth or faceted)... Cut a length of nylon thread about 15cm long. Thread a crimp bead onto the earring loop, then thread it back through the crimp bead. Bring it back toward the earring loop, then flatten it with flat pliers. Now thread the beads. Here we have placed four 6mm beads, one 8mm bead in the center, and then four more 6mm beads. Hide the starting thread in the first two beads, then trim the excess. Place the butterfly clasp on the earring post. Thread a crimp bead through the clasp ring and then back through the crimp bead. Thread the wire through the last 2 beads threaded. Pull the thread to tighten the threading and form the beaded hoop. Flatten the crimp bead and then cut the remaining thread flush.
Repeat for the second loop. Your jewelry is finished! Beautiful creation! | ||||
