4mm cushion beads
 A Donuts bead in natural stone
 An oval pendant

 A 14mm twisted ring

To begin, mount the cushion beads on eye studs. Form a loop similar to the one already on the nail. A small loop will be more discreet on the final assembly.

Cut a nugget chain about 20cm long. 

Cut 2 pieces of thin chain about 17cm long and one piece of extension chain about 3cm long.

Open the 14mm twisted ring with 2 flat pliers, then insert the donuts bead and the pendant. Then close the ring again using the flat pliers.

Thread the nugget chain through the ring of the oval pendant.

Connect the nugget chain to the fine chains using the cushion beads nails as connectors. Open the loops and insert the chains.

At the ends of the thin chains, connect the clasp with an oval ring on one side and the extension chain with an oval ring on the other.
