To begin, weave the tip using triple Brick Stitch.

It's very simple: you string 3 beads at the same time, pretending that it's just one pearl.

Naturally, the point will be fitted in a simple taper. Follow the grid to guide you.

Before you start, check that the ring on the earring holder you have chosen opens. 
If this is not the case, you will need to connect the weave directly to the ring by passing the thread through when you create the point.

Once the point has been made, go back down into the weave to return to the first row.

Make the simple fringes following the grid opposite, starting from the outside.

Thread the beads on the fringe and then work your way up the beads, skipping the last bead you threaded.

This will block the fringe. Then go back up the first row of the weave to move on to the next fringe.

Be careful not to overtighten the thread, as the fringe should remain flexible.

If you run out of thread, block the current thread, then restart a new thread to resume work.

Then work your way up the weave to lock the thread and cut flush with the beads.

Finally, open the loop at the bottom of the BO and connect the weave.

And voilà! Beautiful creation!
