For mother-of-pearl cluster earrings, mount the beads on ball-head nails. Form regular, fairly discreet curls. Here we have used 20 small mother-of-pearl beads. Then cut a piece of chain, keeping 7 facetted oval links.
Fit the beads onto the chain by connecting them to the links. To create a beautiful cluster of pearls, we placed 2 beads on each oval link and one pearl on the link (the smallest linking 2 oval links). The result is a beautiful, full cluster. Finally, connect the chain to the BO bracket. For the baroque version, mount the beads on a nail. Cut a chain, keeping 3 oval links, then connect the various elements together. And voilà! Beautiful creation! |
