To begin, cut a piece of brass wire about 15cm long.

Thread 15 mother-of-pearl beads onto the brass wire and form the threading into a teardrop shape. Bring the 2 ends of the wire up and twist them around to secure the threading. 

Wrap the first thread around the edge of the beads for 2 turns, then trim the excess flush.

Using the second thread, make a loop using the round-ended pliers, then wrap the thread around the edge of the beads on the first thread. Trim the excess flush.

Now open a 4mm ring and connect the different elements together, paying attention to the direction of the pendant and the earring holder..

Do the same for the other earring.
