This is a very simple piece of jewellery to make. We're going to mount all the beads directly onto a transparent nylon wire. To attach the clasp, we'll use crush beads and threads protectors. In this way, the clasp and extension chain will be fixed directly into the assembly, guaranteeing good solidity. To begin, cut a nylon thread about 60cm long. Thread a squeeze bead and then pass the thread through the thread protector. Then pass through the bead again. Bring the wire back towards the wire guard before flattening it. Also tighten the little tabs on the wire guard and gently flatten them. Your wire is thus blocked. Now open the ring of the buoy clasp and insert the thread protector which becomes a hanging ring. Close the ring again.
Place the beads on a beads mat in the desired order or follow our threading instructions in the photo below. Now thread all the beads onto the nylon thread. Once the length has been achieved, you can place the fastener on the other side. Thread a crush bead and the thread protector again. Cut about 5cm of extension chain and insert it into the thread protector. Remember to place the chain before closing the bead to be crushed, otherwise you won't be able to connect it! Now pass the thread back through the pearl to be crushed, then pull the thread back towards the beads. Keep the stringing flexible before flattening the bead to be crushed. Tuck in the excess thread over 4/5 beads then cut flush. And voilà! A great achievement!
