To begin, cut a brass wire about 15cm long and hold it with round-ended pliers about 2cm from the end.

Wrap the wire around the round-ended pliers to form a loop. Then wind the wire under the loop one turn to create a coiled loop.

Trim off any excess thread.

Now thread 11 mother-of-pearl beads...

Place the threading in a circle then wrap the thread under the loop for 2 turns.

Trim the excess thread.

To finish, open a 3mm ring and slip on the circle of beads, the pendant and the earring holder.

Close the ring securely.
