0.7mm rigid brass wire
 4mm and 6mm cushion beads
 2mm cube beads
 Round-nose pliers
 Flat-nose pliers

To begin, measure your wrist and adapt the details below to your measurement. Here we're assuming a 17cm wrist. 

These bracelets shouldn't be too tight on the wrist, they should fall loosely. This way, the beads will mix and move and create movement.

Hold the brass wire with the round-ended pliers about 2cm from the end. Position the round-ended pliers at the point that will correspond to a loop about 5/6mm in diameter. Your pliers are thinner at the end and widen at the handles. Adjust the position according to the size of the loop you want.

Fold the wire around the pliers to form a loop, then hold the end of the wire with the flat pliers and wind the wire around the bottom of the loop for one turn. 

Trim the excess flush.

Be careful to hold your pliers gently, as too much pressure will tend to mark the wire!

Then thread the metal beads and cushion...

Measure the brass wire and cut to within 3cm of your wrist measurement.

At the end of the thread, fold it over 1cm from the edge to double it. Make sure you fold it over so that it lies perfectly against the bracelet wire. 

Then use the round-ended pliers to form a hook with the doubled threads. (Look closely at the photo below to follow the thread path).

Lightly shape the threads to the shape of the wrist.

Make as many bracelets as you like... for the best effect you can add up to 5 or more!!!!
