For this type of bracelet, you can choose between several mounting techniques. An elasticated version without a clasp for ease of assembly and wearing comfort. With a magnetic clasp for easy on and off. Or a macramé sliding knot and/or a more elaborate version with square knots between the beads! For the elastic version, it couldn't be easier! Thread the beads and make a simple knot. For the second knot, iron the loop twice before tightening the knot. You can add a little glue to the knot to strengthen it. For the magnetic clasp version, you can use either linhasita, silk or nylon thread. Tie a double knot with one end of the thread on the clasp ring. Then string a metal bead and your natural beads. Thread another metal bead and tie a knot on the other ring of the clasp. Be careful not to over-tighten the wire; the assembly must remain flexible for comfort. For the macramé version, choose your thread carefully, taking into account the thickness of the thread in relation to the beads hole and the desired effect. Tie a knot in the thread about 15cm from the end to prevent the beads from being strung. String the beads, here you'll use fewer beads than the circumference of your wrist to leave room for the knot. At the edge of the beads stringing, tie a new knot to secure them. Now make a macramé sliding knot. Find out more about the clasp technique here For the version with knots between the beads, the knots will be identical to those above. String the beads on the wire as before, leaving the beads free on the wire, then with a new wire about 50cm long make 2 square knots above the first bead (these are the same as for the sliding knot above). Bring the second bead up under the knot, then bring the threads back around the bead to make 2 knots under it. Continue to the end, then make a slip knot to close the bracelet. Here you go! Beautiful creations ;-)
